MS120 is the roughing (foreline) pump of choice for LC/MS instruments, designed for high pumping speed, low power consumption, and high stability in the 10-2 mbar pressure range
Due to the outstanding performance of this roughing pump, there is no need for multiple roughing pumps operating in parallel. The packaging and cart like design allow for a quick and easy installation. The pump is equipped with a built-in Quiet Cover for a silent operation.

簡介: The MS40+ is the roughing (foreline) pump of choice for LC/MS and ICP-MS instruments. The MS40+ single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pump provides a high pumping speed (40m3/h) in a pump with reduced dimensions. The pump is equipped with an integral exhaust/oil filtration system featuring replaceable exhaust filter elements. The MS-631 features an oil recirculation system, an antibackstream valve which prevents system contamination, and carbon composite vanes for extended pump life.
