- The cryopanel or ambient shield provides larger surface area for sublimated titanium from TSP and shields the vacuum system from unwanted coating
- Cryopanel offers maximum performance when cooled with liquid nitrogen
- TSP Cryopanel available to operate with water cooling, liquid nitrogen
- Ambient Shield does not require cooling
- Can be integrated to double-ended or side-ported ion pumps
- Mounted on a 8' OD ConFlat flange and includes a 2.75' ConFlat flange to mount a TSP cartridge
- Ready to be installed independently in any 8' (NW 150) CFF port with 11' depth/clearance
- Does not include the TSP cartridge
